In this three day course we will break down the stages of painting each day, starting with underpainting and ending with a fully connected portrait. You will learn how to draw based on distinctions between light and shadow, and how to mix colours harmoniously and true to life. After three days the student will have learnt important concepts to implement in their own work, as well as a finished alla prima portrait.
